The company shall not be liable to make any payment in respect of
• Consequential loss, depreciation, wear and tear, mechanical or electrical breakdown, failure or breakages. • Any accident where person driving the vehicle is under the influence of intoxicating liquor and drugs. • An accidental loss or damage and / or liability incurred when the vehicle is used otherwise than as per provisions of “Limitations as to use” clause. • An accidental loss or damage and / or liability incurred when the vehicle is driven by a person not complying with driver’s clause.
