Asphalt distributors are effective in applying prime or tack coats on a surface in preparation for paving. They are in two forms truck mounted or trailer models and are vital equipment in any asphalt surface treatment project. There is an insulated tank with a heating system, a spray bar and unique control system. It is scientific and sophisticated equipment which produces a uniform spray.
An Asphalt Mixing Plant combines mineral aggregates sand and filler in a correct proportion to yield a great result. The mixture is heated and coated with a binder.
A Paver is used to lay asphalt.
A Road Roller is used to press the asphalt and come in rubber tyre rollers double drum asphalt rollers. Their use is determined by the mixture used in the highways.
A Cement Mixer homogeneously combines cement, aggregate, sand or gravel and water to form concrete. There is a revolving drum to mix the components.
Road Reclaimers work on the asphalt layer and mix it with the underlying base to stabilize the deterioration that has occurred. They add asphalt emulsions and binding agents during pulverization.
Combination Compactors are put to use for the compaction of asphalt base and sub-base courses for road construction and road maintenance.
A pneumatic compactor comes with advantages and provides a uniform degree of compaction compared to steel wheel rollers. The result is a tight, dense surface and increased density also.
